Google Drive Has Revised its Tariffs
A couple of weeks after I wrote a post on an affordable cloud-based storage solution (here), Google Drive has announced on its blog new monthly storage plans. The new figures show a drastic lowering of the prices. Actually, a few years back, Google Doc had a somewhat similar pricing scheme as this new offering (it was 20GB for 5$ per years).
Still, hubiC remains nearly ten times cheaper… However, Google Drive has more maturity and has in all likelihood a better quality of service. Here I can only speculate, for I do not have any idea yet about hubiC. Nevertheless, I know that Google Drive sets the bar extremely high in this respect.
